Vanilla Soy Chai Latte

Chai tea ingredients:

12 teaspoons black tea leaves

3/4 teaspoon ground cardamom

3 teaspoons ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon ground ginger powder

1/8 teaspoon ground clove (a good pinch!)


Vanilla Soy Milky Chai Latte:

3/4 cup boiled water

3 teaspoons chai tea mix

1/2 cup Vitasoy Soy Milky Lite

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract


  1. To make chai tea mix: Add tea and all spices together in a small bowl and mix well to combine. Pour into an airtight container to store.
  2. To make Vanilla Soy Milky chai latte: Fill a tea pot or coffee plunger with the boiling water and add chai tea mix. Allow to infuse for 3-4 minutes. Heat Vitasoy Soy Milky Lite and vanilla extract in microwave on high for 1 minute (or on stove top). Froth the milk if desired. Pour strained chai tea into soy milk. Sweeten, if necessary.
