Ingredients
4 small skinless chicken fillets
1 cups Vitasoy Soy Milky Lite
1 tablespoon cornflour
2 teaspoons dairy free spread
2 teaspoons seeded mustard
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
2 teaspoons fresh chives, finely chopped
2 teaspoons fresh tarragon, chopped
2 shakes/grinds pepper

- Heat griddle (or non-stick frypan) and spray chicken fillets lightly with olive oil spray.
- When griddle is hot, cook chicken fillets for 5 minutes on each side but only turn once.
- While cooking, blend cornflour into Vitasoy Soy Milky Lite in a saucepan and add dairy free spread.
- Heat mixture gently, stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Add seeded mustard, parsley, chives, tarragon and pepper.
- Pour sauce over char grilled chicken fillets and serve.
