Always have breakfast
Breakfast kick-starts your metabolism for the day. It can also help ensure your blood sugar levels doesn’t slump mid-morning, making you crave a snack or more food. Try a medium-sized bowl of porridge or a small pot of low fat yogurt topped with fresh fruit and crushed nuts and seeds.

Eat regularly
That’s right. To help manage your weight, eat regularly. Eating more often helps your body use energy at a faster rate. The trick is making sure portions aren’t too large and eat nutritious foods. Protein can also play a part. Try adding some meat, soy, dairy, nuts, eggs, beans or seeds to each meal. Not only can it help you feel fuller for longer, it can also help build and repair muscles damaged through exercise. As well as three main meals a day, try to include a mid-morning and afternoon snack.
