Vanilla, Honey and Cinnamon Smoothie

Ingredients

170g low fat gluten free vanilla yoghurt

1-2 teaspoons honey

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 cup Vitasoy Soy Milky Lite

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and mix until well combined. Pour into chilled glasses and serve.
