- 30ml cooled espresso*
- 200ml Vitasoy Soy & Almond Milk**
- 1 large frozen banana
- 1/2 tablespoon cocoa or cacao
- 2 tablespoons rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- dash vanilla
* Use 30ml of freshly brewed espresso or use instant coffee if desired.
** Any plant milk in the Vitasoy range can be substituted (except the flavoured options)
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Drink immediately and enjoy!
