Chia seed puddings are delicious for breakfasts on the go! Especially when blended with a handful of fresh strawberries. Blending the ingredients changes the texture and makes it even more fluffy and “gelatinous”.

- 1 cup Vitasoy Soy Milky Lite
- 5 strawberries
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- Add all ingredients, including Vitasoy Soy Milky Lite, to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a jar and seal.
- Lightly shake the jar to prevent it sticking to the bottom. Place in the fridge for 4 hours to allow to thicken.
Vitasoy Soy Milky Lite can be substituted for Vitasoy Coconut Milk (Original or Unsweetened)
