Charge through your morning workout by fueling your body with this light, yet nutrient packed breakfast.

- 1 large banana
- 2 tablespoons greek-style yoghurt
- 1/4 cup Vitasoy Ricemilk Enriched
- 2 raw brazil nuts, roughly chopped
- 1 tablespoon raw almonds, roughly chopped
- 1 tablespoon rolled oats
- handful blueberries
- Slice the banana and place into a small serving bowl. Scoop in the yoghurt and pour over the Vitasoy Ricemilk Enriched. Sprinkle over the nuts, oats and blueberries and dig in!
Any of the other Vitasoy range can be substituted for Vitasoy Ricemilk Enriched. Vitasoy Almond milk and Coconut milk work particularly well.
