Ho ho ho… now we have a vegan egg nog alternative! This recipe is creamy, delicious, decadent and full of spices and alcohol if you choose. Enjoy!

- Cooking Time 5 minutes
- 1 cup Vitasoy Soy Milky Lite
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- big pinch of nutmeg
- dash of vanilla extract
- rum or brandy (to taste)
- In a saucepan on medium heat, add all ingredients except for the alcohol.
Bring to the simmer and whisk for a couple of minutes until heated through.
Take off the heat and add the desired amounts and types of alcohol.
Divide between two glasses and serve.
