An amazingly delicious and luxurious coffee creamer alternative without dairy!

- Prep Time 5 minutes (2 hours soaking time required for the cashew nuts)
- 1 cup Vitasoy Soy Milky Regular
- 1/2 cup cashews (soaked for at least 2 hours and drained)
- 6 dates
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
Place in the fridge until needed and serve with coffee. Enjoy!
