Vanilla Soy Chai Latte

Ingredients
  • Chai tea ingredients
  • 12 teaspoons black tea leaves
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground clove (a good pinch!)
  • To make Vanilla Soy Milky Chai Latte
  • 3/4 cup boiled water
  • 3 teaspoons Chai tea mix
  • 1/2 cup Vitasoy Soy Milky Lite
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. To make Chai Tea Mix:
    Add tea and all spices together in a small bowl and mix well to combine. Pour into an airtight container to store.
  2. To make Vanilla Soy Milky Chai Latte:
    Fill a tea pot or coffee plunger with the boiling water and add chai tea mix. Allow to infuse for 3-4 minutes. Heat Vitasoy Soy Milky Lite and vanilla extract in microwave on high for 1 minute (or on stove top). Froth the milk if desired. Pour strained chai tea into soymilk. Sweeten, if necessary.
