Mango, pineapple and coconut – what a delicious way to start a nice sunny day!

- Cooking Time 1 minute
- 1 cup chilled Vitasoy Almond Milk Unsweetened
- 1 small or 1/2 large ripe mango, peeled and flesh chopped
- 1 cup diced fresh pineapple
- 1 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil
- Handful of ice cubes
- Place all ingrdients into a blender.
- Blend until smooth and serve.
