- Serves 1
- Prep Time 5 minutes
- Cooking Time 1 minute
- 1 cup chilled Vitasoy Almond Milk Original
- 1 small or 1/2 large ripe mango, peeled and chopped
- 1 small ripe banana, peeled
- 1/2 tsp matcha powder*
- Handful of ice cubes
* Matcha green tea power can be purchased from the supermarket or health food stores
- Place all ingredients into a blender
- Blend until smooth and serve.
