Iced Coffee Frappe
- 1 cup Soy Milky Lite
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 6-8 ice cubes of frozen filtered coffee
- Make a plunger of filtered coffee (or use left over), pour it into an ice cube tray and freeze.
- Place Soy Milky Lite, vanilla essence and frozen coffee ice cubes into a food processor.
- Process until thick and creamy and serve in a chilled glass.
