Try this twist on an iced coffee – delicious!
- Serves 1
- Prep Time 30 minutes (cooling time for coffee)
- Cooking Time 1 minute
- 1 cup chilled Vitasoy Almond Milk Original
- 1/2 cup cold espresso coffee*
- 1 ripe banana, peeled
- 2 tbsps pecan nuts
- Handful of ice cubes
* To make the coffee, dissolve 1 tsp espresso coffee powder in 1/2 cup hot water and leave to cool before adding to the other ingredients.
- Place all ingredients into a blender
- Blend until smooth and serve
