Hot Choc Mint Drink

Ingredients

250ml Vitasoy Soy Milky Chocolate

1 sprig mint (6-8 leaves), washed

Method

  1. Heat Vitasoy Soy Milky Chocolate in microwave for 1 minute on high, or heat on stove until almost boiling.
  2. Firmly squeeze mint sprig in hands or lightly crush in a mortar and pestle (to release flavour) and place in a mug. Pour hot Vitasoy Soy Milky Chocolate over mint leaves.
  3. Leave mint leaves in to infuse for 2 minutes and then discard (or alternatively leave mint leaves in the mug) and drink.
