- 1 Granny Smith apple cut into quarters
- 1/2 cup Kale
- 1/2 cup cucumber
- 1 tbsp. mint
- 1 cup Vitasoy Oat & Almond Milk
- 1 tbsp. of chia seeds
- 1 cup ice
- Place all of the ingredients, including the
Vitasoy Oat & Almond Milk, in a food
processor and blend until smooth.
Serve in a chilled glass or jar.
