- Serves 1
- Prep Time 10 minutes
- 1 1/2 cups Vitasoy Oat & Almond Milk
- 150g natural yoghurt
- 1/2 a banana
- 1/3 of a cup of frozen or fresh berries
- 1 tbsp. of chia seeds
- A handful of ice cubes
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
Serve in a chilled glass or jar.
