Berry Chia Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups Vitasoy Oat & Almond Milk
  • 150g natural yoghurt
  • 1/2 a banana
  • 1/3 of a cup of frozen or fresh berries
  • 1 tbsp. of chia seeds
  • A handful of ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
    Serve in a chilled glass or jar.
