What could be better than instant banana ice cream? This is divine, creamy and tastes oh-so-naughty but is actually good for you!
- Serves 4
- Prep Time 2 hours (freezing time for the bananas)
- Cooking Time 5 minutes
- 6 frozen overripe bananas
- 3 tablespoons Vitasoy Soy Milky Lite
- pinch nutmeg
- dash vanilla extract
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a bowl and eat immediately.
If your bananas aren’t sweet enough, you could add a natural sweetener such as maple syrup or agave syrup.
