Banana Ice Cream


What could be better than instant banana ice cream? This is divine, creamy and tastes oh-so-naughty but is actually good for you!

  • Serves 4
  • Prep Time 2 hours (freezing time for the bananas)
  • Cooking Time 5 minutes
  • 6 frozen overripe bananas
  • 3 tablespoons Vitasoy Soy Milky Lite
  • pinch nutmeg
  • dash vanilla extract
  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
    Pour into a bowl and eat immediately.

If your bananas aren’t sweet enough, you could add a natural sweetener such as maple syrup or agave syrup.
