Ingredients

1 cup chilled Vitasoy Almond Milky

1 granny smith apple, chopped (discard core and seeds)

1/2 ripe small avocade, flesh removed

1/3 cup quick oats

2 tsp honey

Handful of ice cubes

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and serve.
