Ingredients
  • 1 cup chilled Vitasoy Almond Milk Original
  • 1 granny smith apple, chopped (discard core and seeds)
  • 1/2 ripe small avocade, flesh removed
  • 1/3 cup quick oats
  • 2 tsp honey
  • Handful of ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients into a blender
  2. Blend until smooth and serve
