Hi, I’m Zoe Bingley-Pullin. I’m a nutritionist and Founder of Nutritional Edge – a nutrition consultancy based in Sydney. My passion for food has empowered me to help my clients embrace the benefits of food through education. By improving people’s knowledge and understanding of nutrition, I believe they’re able to create and sustain a healthier and more delicious life.
I have a Diploma of Nutrition and am an internationally trained chef – I trained at Le Cordon Bleu School in London. I‘ve also spent time working in the South of France introducing my clients to the culinary delights of the area. Currently, I am the co-host of Channel Ten’s Good Chef Bad Chef with Adrian Richardson. Adrian and I combine our distinctive culinary styles to explore foods and cuisines that are delicious and inspirational to home cooks. We also work hard to educate our viewers about the benefits of developing a healthy balanced diet. I’m also the resident nutritionist on Channel 10, Studio 10, educating viewers about the latest nutrition information.
I am also a passionate writer. In 2009, I published my first book, Eat Taste Nourish. It’s a very practical book that focuses on nutrition and how to create delicious and healthy food in simple ways. In addition, I’m the food editor for Fitness First Magazine and a regular contributor to many national publications, including Take 5, Women’s Health and Fitness, Madison, Cleo, Cosmopolitan, OK Magazine, Marie Claire and Harper’s BAZAAR.
I enjoy running dynamic and practical cooking classes as well, held at About Life health food stores in Rozelle (Sydney). I aim to whet participants’ appetite and get them excited about cooking healthy food.
I’m excited to be working with Vitasoy because I love the fact that it’s made with Australian grown whole soybeans, as I’m a real advocate for whole foods. My favourite Vitasoy soymilks are Vitasoy Soy Milky Lite and Vitasoy Calci-Plus, because it’s packed with calcium and vitamin D.
