Hello! My name is Madison. I am 22 years old and live on the Gold Coast in Australia with my husband Jerome. We are a fun-loving, creative and food-obsessed vegan couple who love anything to do with eating, cooking and photographing food. We love running Veggieful together and work as an amazing team to put up delicious recipes and beautiful photos. While I am the recipe-writer and cooking queen, Jerome is the photographer and graphic designer and together we make Veggieful.com.
We created Veggieful in April 2012 to provide all of the lovely people out there with delicious vegan recipes that are easy, healthy and amazingly impressive! We love to remove the stereotypes associated with veganism by showing how tasty vegan food can be and also how filling and nutritious it really is. We try to use common and easily accessible ingredients and also create recipes that you would not believe could be made vegan! Jerome and I never imagined the extent to which Veggieful has changed our lives and the lives of others. After being featured in numerous magazines and the New York Times, we knew that Veggieful was something special. So, we strive every day to keep up our Veggieful journey to continue to produce delicious vegan recipes for all of our lovely followers.
We love using Vitasoy products in our recipes… especially Soy Milky Lite. We have found that it is the most delicious soymilk product on the market and works wonders in any recipe. Being a vegan couple, we do not consume cow milk so soymilk and oatmilk are staples for all of our cooking and baking needs. I use it in my morning smoothies and porridge, for my desserts and baking, my savoury curries and all of my creamy sauces. We love using it in curries with a dash of coconut extract for a lower fat version of coconut milk.
