Plan 1:

Kick-start the day with the nutritious goodness (and protein boost) of a Peanut Butter and Jelly Smoothie.
Turn up the heat over lunch with a Zucchini, Garlic & Chilli Linguini.
As a snack item, why not try Roast Pumpkin and Cashew Dip with Fried Potato Skins or suitable fresh bread!
We round off the day with a Mushroom and Broad Bean Risotto, followed by a delicious dessert of Stewed Whole Pears with Ricemilk Sorbet.

Plan 2:

Start the day with Blueberry Breakfast Cous Cous. Steam up a delicious soy latte using Vitasoy Calci-Plus for that sensational café-quality coffee.
Lunch is served and consists of an ice cold Coffee Frappe with Tofu Summer Rolls and Peanut Dipping Sauce.
Dinner wraps up the day in style and includes a Red Lentil & Sweet Potato Soup, served with a collection of vegan-friendly breads.

Plan 3:

This warm breakfast is sensational – the Cinnamon Quinoa Porridge with Banana & Pecan Topping puts Quinoa, a superfood, to good use! Enjoy with a glass of fresh Vitasoy Soy Milky Chocolate or Vanilla.
For lunch we’ve planned a Harissa Baked Eggplant. It’s delicious and serves up beautifully in the skin of the eggplant.
Then enjoy home made afternoon scones with your favourite preserves and a steamy Vanilla Soy Chai Latte.
Dinnertime is a feast of feasts comprising of a Zucchini Pie with a side of Quinoa Crunch and Beetroot Salad.
Chill out after dinner with tasty Watermelon Milky pops.

The options are endless and surprisingly tasty. Put your culinary skills to the test and try out these great vegan recipes on friends and family… Then see if anyone even notices that they’re missing their meat!
